This week the NDOT closed a couple of ramps at the I-5 and U.S. 95 intersection known as the Spaghetti Bowl.  This and later closures will last through February 2017 while they tear down one portion of the highway and build a flyover bridge linking the two highways.  Finding alternate routes is advised.  One is the Clark County 215 ring road which is longer but less traveled and totally avoids the interchange.

Just a note that the Clark County 215 ring road is a full freeway.  East of I-15 it's called I-215, then Clark County extended the Interstate along the west side of the city and across the north side as a beltway using local funding, thus the County Road designation.  It's a good bypass if you're going through Las Vegas on U.S. 95.
