We've been here just over a week now and as you can see from today's photos this RV Resort is well run, neat, clean, extremely friendly, gated, well lit at night, ton's of activities and special meals we really like it. 45 mins to Fort Myers, 30 mins to Punta Gorda, 45 minutes to Sarasota & Siesta Key and the town of Arcadia itself is quaint, historic and has most of what you could or would need just 6 miles away, Super Walmart, Tractor Supply, Publix, food & booze what more do we need?? ;-)

Regards - Rob

I never called it a campground in the traditional sense it's an over 55 active adult community with RV's and park models.

Joe, that is very typical in Florida, a good mixture of permanent and movable units, and we saw a lot of similar type set ups when we wintered in Arizona.
