2007 was the last yr for Zeppelin ZII. This is 2006.
#1 Floor Plan pic
The floor is soft. The trailer floor plan shows an outline in green where its soft but still has support.
The red is where vinyl flooring feels like its the only support.
From underneath I can push up in these areas and feel the luan cracking.
The plastic covering underneath is wrinkled. Like after a balloon has been blown up.
None of the cabinets or furniture contacting the floor shows signs of water damage. Nothing inside shows damage.
Big Joe suggested it might have been flooded. But it seems only up to a point.
From the sink rearward the floor seems ok. This is also where a crossmember is located.
The bathroom seems solid.
This is a very inexpensive TT, mid $2000. And have a restrained budget. If this TT last 6mos w/out major probs, Ill be happy.
Using for relocation alternatives. My other options are a tent or motels.
My thoughts are to lay some 1/4" ply on top w/ carpet for a quick fix.
Trailer cross member is about 3-4ft apart. So I may run addtl cross braces underneath.
#2 Interior pic
Red circle shows floor at worst spot.
The interior front wall flexes when pushed. Normal ?
Doesnt seem to be attched to anything. Doesnt feel rotted or cracked.
The outside front fiberglass covering does the same thing. Someone suggested this is normal.
#3 Exterior pic
The exterior seems chalky and has streaks.
I havnt looked at the roof yet, but I know old EPDM roofs over time can get chalky.
And fiberglass gelcoat can also get like this.
I didnt see any signs of de-lamination on any of the exterior walls, port, starboard or aft.
Any thoughts? Am I getting into trouble again ? see Purchased Used Trailer- Its Complicated
