Anyone going to the 2017 Indio FMCA Rally this January?
If you are what day are you checking in?
Electric or Generator area.
We are going unless the Jello shakes to much.

Mike

We will be at the Spotlight 29 Casino on 1/8 going into the Rally on 1/9...We are in the electric area.

Have fun, you all!  Let us know what we're missing.  ::)

Betty and Terry are parked in Blue section Row  four close to the  paved road out of area.  We plan to attend BINGO tonight,1/11  leaving  at  6 :15.  Hoping to catch Mike and Wendy in our usual spots!

Looked at Leisure Travel  rigs for the time when it comes to downsizing.  Boy what a size difference from a class A.  Hoping to keep our rig for  a lot  longer .

Attended a Chapter Fair today for the first time of  any Indio Rally. Met the President of the  FMCA International Area, David Kessler. Nice guy who also does off roading in  Yuma.  It is  such a small world. I  met Rett Porter  who is  running for  Senior Vice President  of FMCA who lives in Happy Trails and knows many of my friends there!  Again a small world.

I have just been elected  to National Director of our 4-Wheeling Chapter of FMCA  so I  am meeting lots of  new people and getting lots of  new jobs to fill up my time.  Good times!  Not sure Terry agrees with me!
Betty

Congrats, Betty.  I'm sure FMCA will benefit from your administrative experience and talents.  Condolences to Terry. :)

I have just been elected  to National Director of our 4-Wheeling Chapter of FMCA ...

Congratulations Betty! I know you will be a great resource for the Chapter.

No one can organize like Betty!  ::)  Congrats, m'dear.  That old guy who tags along with you will survive just fine.

Thanks Larry,
Wendy and I are going to  FMCA Member Benefits  seminar 9:30 to 10:30 am  1/12.

Tell MA to  buy a ticket to the TEA.$2.  It is not so much  about the Tea ( a bag)  but about the many door prizes and the wonderful fashion show. They  use  FMCA member participants to model clothing that is on sale at the vendor tent.  I'd say 50%  of  my casual wardrobe comes from this rally.  Bargains  galore.  I look forward to catching up with  the both of you!

Well I did see MA at the tea but from a distance. When  I looked for her after the event I could not find her.  Rain has certainly curtailed some of our activities.  The large puddle of mud outside our rig had up opt to stay inside last night and not venture out .  Will do a few seminars today.

Betty

Thanks, Betty. MA said she hadn't seen you. She came back to the coach right after the Tea. We went to the Troubadors show last night. They were OK, but nothing special. Might have been great for George Strait fanatics, though.

The '70s and sun today are sure more comfy than the low 50s and rain yesterday -- just got back to the coach, and will probably hang out here this afternoon.
