Hi all, I am trying to build a portable solar generator. Here is what I have so far:

Solar Panel:

100w, 12vFolding solar panel: http://amzn.to/2iNeCR7

OR

100w, 18v folding solar panel: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/100-Watt-18V-Poly-portable-Folding-solar-panel-for-12v-battery-RV-boat-car-free-shipping/32255323267.html

100 AH, 12v battery: http://amzn.to/2iqfOgH

Battery Box: http://amzn.to/2ig85kX

1500W, 12v to 110AC Inverter: http://amzn.to/2iqbyOl

30Amp 12v/24v solar charge controller: http://amzn.to/2hCPqRp

What do you think of this design? Are these all the correct parts and sized properly? Am I missing anything? ?and would this be able to run a refrigerator?

Thank you for your input. I appreciate it.

Maybe, but not for long!! What do you plan on doing when there is no sun present, it is cloudy or rainy?

A 12V output panel will not charge much, certainly not a 12V battery. You require at least 13.5 -14.5 volts to do any charging.

if anyone is like me and they have zero access to quality batteries w/o a prohibitive shipping charge, but they do happen to have a Lowes within driving range, the only choice is https://www.lowes.com/pd/Deka-6-Volt-448-Amp-Golf-Cart-Battery/50183775

It's a good battery and ship to store is free

I'd stay away from Chinese junk electronics too. I couldn't recommend a small inverter, but I know I wouldn't buy that one.

Your set up will work fine for just running the lights (assuming LED bulbs), water pump, a laptop computer, water pump and a 30" LED TV watching over the air TV.  If you have to run your furnace a lot on cold night you may not get the battery recharged the next day.  Also a cloudy day or two will do you in.

I'm not sure what you level of experience with RV electric and RV 12V systems so here are some very good places to go for great info:
