Hello all,
Has anyone been to Baxter st pk with a truck camper?
I see they have height and length restrictions.
Not sure why.

Hi, have you tried Google earth to see if you can see the location, sometimes that helps.
 
It's been quite awhile since we were there, but my recollection is that many of the roads are fairly rugged, tree branches may overhang, and the various campgrounds are mostly for tents or hikers (lean-to's, for example). We camped outside the park and traveled in and around it by SUV, so don't have any detailed recollection of obstacles for an RV. My understanding is that no vehicle over 9 ft high or 7 ft wide is allowed in the park, but there was no gate or check point where we entered (on the far west side)
