I just wanted to say thanks to everyone here who contributes.
I have loitered here for years (I first started looking here when our first purchase was being considered in 2008), but much more recently as we are in a final planning stage. And yet, I've rarely had to post as someone has asked, someone has answered, 3 people have disagreed and the whole thing has become a bucket of useful information. Even the varying viewpoints are helpful - as everyone's situation is different so it is good to hear it all to make my choices.
