From my other slide issue posting:

Are there any particular things I need to know about installing a new Power Gear slide motor? It looks like there are 4 bolts and that's it. Do I need to do anything with the brake on the motor?  Part # is 1010002069

New motor is around $700, just wanted to save on labor charges if it is an easy DIY.

2011 Winnebago Access Premier 31JP front drivers side slide, rear motor.

Thanks!!

Don't know anything about it, but I just found the motor for my slide yesterday(new-to-me coach)and I'm not sure I could get in there to crank the slide in if it fails, like they say you can in the manual.
Over the top of the leveler jack reservoir/pump assembly behind a panel on the back wall of the house battery compartment.  What were they thinking?

I figure that if I'm forking out $700 for the motor I might as well just have them install it.  Murphy often follows me around....lol
