How much does a charger draw (amps) when maintaining a fully charged battery.  Just trying to calculate how much electricity I am using per month.

Yes it will. A device called Kill-A-Watt is very handy for checking power draw in your electrical system.

THe draw, with full batteries, is negligable, it depends on how many lights and such you have turned on .. But as goat said.. A Kill-a-watt will tell you...

Draw varies with load.  Lights, Water pump, Furnace, some other stuff (Anything that eats 12VDC)

Short answer - not enough to worry about.

Longer answer - the amount of power drawn from the AC line is directly related to how much power the converter is putting out.  If the batteries are sitting fully charged, they aren't drawing any power.  Neither is anything else in the RV unless you left it on.
