Also, the technician I spoke with says it dries as hard as a tire on the surface you paint it on. I was going to use Elasta-Tuff from the "Rot Doctor," because I used their CPES (Clear Penetrating Epoxy Sealer) as a primary and preventative sealer. Both Permafles and Elasta-tuff products cost around $120-$125 per gallon but it takes about half the amount of Permaflex than it does the Elasta-Tuff.
