Yes, you can. You can buy an adaptor at most any RV/Camping store.
You can also buy an adaptor to hook up to a "normal" 3-prong 20-amp outlet. In that case, you can't run your A/C, but could use it for lights, cleaning, etc.

Yes adaptors are available. Camping World catalog item nbr 24498 is a 50 amp male to 30 amp female. You can also get a 30 amp male to 50 amp female adaptor item nbr 24497. Of course you will still have only 30 amps available when using these adaptors. Price ay CW is $15.99 club price.
