F350 rear turn signals dont work

Not an RV problem, but we got a smart bunch here. My rear turn signals wont flash when I turn them on (left or right). Instead, the 4 ways come on. This does not occur on the front of the truck, they work as they should.

Any idea what the problem is? Im not ready to go in blind to a stealership.

Without doing a search myself, these types of issues often are related to the multi instrument switch on the column.
