All of our coaches have sat outside rain, snow or shine for the past 23 years of RVing and we finally decided to pull the trigger on moving to build a new larger shop with enough space to store our RV indoors. I just decided while I was building it I may as well build it to accommodate the largest of RV's in the event I ever decide to upsize.
Either way, snow or shine it will have a covered home when we are not using it, which due to the wife and I still working is unfortunately quite a lot each year that it sits.

The ONLY thing I think your missing is a basement. ;D ;D ;D
It's still unusual (for me) to see a water heater in a garage - but that's what happens with no basement.
Oh well, the rest of the house is almost TOO nice for me to live in, but I hope you have many more years to enjoy it.)
