I have a 2016 keystone outback 5th wheel.

I went to my control panel to turn my interior lights off and I can press the screen and see the icon change colors but my lights are still on.  Any clues?

You want a good laugh ?

When we picked up our new 2016 Forest river trailer back in October and got it to it's permanent site, we were going to use the remote button to operate the various devices. We pushed the button for the electric tongue jack and the front stabilizers went down. We gave up and used the button on the tongue jack.
Then we pushed the button for the front stabilizers and the front big slide started out.  If you haven't guessed it by now, the button for the rear stabilizers operated the rear side, and the awning one wouldn't operate anything including the awning.

Ya need a flashlight.

Go outside and flip the breaker off, count to 10 then back on again. Now you're lights should be out.

Use flashlight to find your way to bed.

Good luck.

Good night.

Its a master switch with it in the first off position no lights will go on BUT  you still have to turn each light off individually at the source
