Sure. Newell makes high-quality custom-made coaches, and most of the Prevost bus converters, e.g. Marathon, Featherlite, Liberty, will do a custom design from the chassis up. Be prepared to pay upwards of $1.25M, though.

Buy used and have a mobile mechanic do repairs then you don't have to deal with CS.
