You can buy the floor pan that handles a toilet and a shower at http://www.ameri-kart.com/RV-Products/Product-Catalog/Combo-Pans.aspx
The walls and such are usually custom molded to the specs of the particular RV layout, but you might find one in an RV salvage yard that matches the space you have in mind. There is a list of RV Salvage yards under Parts in the RESOURCES section of this site (button on menu bar).
There are also places that do custom molds and may already have a mod made for a size you could use.

In a 2001 Freedom Leisure Travel van is it possible to replace the faucet in the bathroom without removing all the back cabinetry? My diverter to shower is cracked and the knob to pull up has been cut off, so replacement looks necessary.
