For a change of pace, over the weekend I dug out lead sheets for numerous Irish and Welsh numbers, including some of my own arrangements. Played them on the baritone uke (my only alternative to a harp). I was reminded how wonderful some of those Welsh songs are, and the Welsh ballad Myfanwy can still bring a tear to the eyes.
