Any advice besides Palmolive and Calgon water softener ?  My sensors aren't working on my Winnie Adventurer.....

There has been much discussion on this subject. Assuming the only problem is dirty sensors, maybe this link will help...

Are you in Florida? If so there is a guy operating a business that will solve your problems. His name is Dan and he runs Healthy Tank Cleaning. He hooks up a clear union to the sewer line and runs a high pressure hose up into your tank and cleans it all out and then the sensors will work. $225

And they might even continue working for a few weeks, until they get dirty again. The only real solution is to learn to do without them.

So you tried it and it stopped working a few weeks later?

They will continue to work if you install a tank cleaning unit such as this one and use it regularly.

I haven't used a cleaner yet, they are not working properly so wanted to get advice before I tried a fix besides the Palmolive recipe which didn't help, full timing since February, newbie

Does anyone have suggestion on what type of dish soap to use to help prevent buildup on sensors in gray water?

I've tried all the so called.. Sensor Cleaner methods & compounds.. thru the years. Of them all, a Real Good dose of DAWN dish soap seemed to work best in the grey tanks. (only) (Black tank.. nothing really works, IMO)

A dose of Dawn.. 3-4 gallons of water and a good sloshing as you travel to the next CG.

In the End (?).. [I'm] the best Sensor. I don't even look at'm anymore. Fresh Water level.. Yes.
