When I try to start gen it clicks once at the solenoid. Battery is 12.7 and power is getting to the solenoid. I jumped the solenoid and still no turn over. I have tapped the starter and still no turn over. I'm thinking the starter is bad. I have noticed the last several times when the gen cranks it makes a screeching sound like a bearing going out. Am I on the right path?
