I will be traveling from Bethlehem Pa to the KOA in Pigeon Forge with two teenage daughters, and no tow vehicle. I understand traffic is congested once you get there and was wondering if anyone had a preferred route to take that might mitigate that some?

assuming you will be coming down I-81, when you get to the I-40 interchange, take I-40 Eastbound to exit 432A (411 South Sevierville)  bear right and follow the 4-lane (US-70, US-25W) about a mile or so, to the traffic light. That is US-411 toward Sevierville. Just before Sevierville proper, take Veteran's Blvd south. Traffic will be a little bit lighter than staying on 81/40 to exit 407 for the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge exit.
