Yakima RV Park Recommendation?

Planning our trip north, up Hwy. 97 as recommended, and am somewhat confused by the offerings I see on line for RV parks in the Yakima/Ellensburg area....just staying overnight.

Any recommendations would be appreciated. Dan
 
There's a pretty nice KOA in Ellensburg...

I don't like Yakima...too many...problems there.
