I recently purchased a 1998 National Dolphin 5350 Motor Home . I just found out that the Gray Water tank leaks with hardly any water in it. I removed the shower stall above it. But, can't access it from above due to the fact that a metal plate is just beneath the plywood flooring for the entire area of the flooring.
Also, the tank appears to be located over the rear axels. Which makes access from below seem impossible.
Only, people with experience in this area; Need respond

Sounds like you have a similar issue.  On our previous motorhome, we had our black tank replaced.  Access was via a panel just before or aft of the driver side rear wheels.  It's similar to a bay door but doesn't open.  However, if you can find the screws that hold it in place you can remove the panel and may be able to access the tank.  It's an expensive repair so if you can do it yourself, you'll save quite a few dollars.  In our case, the tank and labor was $2,600.
