I have 2015 sienna to tow on a acme eze tow dolly. I need some help figuring out how to leave the steering wheel unlock while towing. Its keyless and won't stay in the acc mode for more than 20-30 min.

I suggest your call Acme or your Toyota dealer.  My hunch is you are not the first one with this concern.
 
Thanks RVRAC. Acme gave me some suggestions and Toyota wasn't any help. At least the person I talked to wasn't. I'll try what acme said when my wife gets back.
 
Are you sure the steering locks?  Often a keyless ignition does not, since the lock is typically integrated with the key switch.  My GM cars with keyless ignition do not lock, but I have no clue about Toyotas.
 
It locks after the door is closed. Kinda weird. I did however find fuse under the hood for the steering wheel lock and it disables it. Problem solved.
