We just purchased a 2002 Gulfstream prarie schooner and the large living room slide when fully extended lets the floor drop below the camper floor level. Is there a way to adjust the slide to prevent thid drop?

Probably, but the method depends on the type of slide mechanism. In a 2002 chances are the slide is either HWH or Power Gear. Is it hydraulic or rack & pinion gear (driven by electric motor)?  Please tell us more.

Rack & pinion gear types usually adjust the height of the outer end, while the inner edge height is controlled by a physical shim underneath, e.g. a roller or a pad of some sort.  I'm wondering if you may have broken or lost these shims that it rests on.
