Help picking a route from Canada
« on: May 15, 2017, 09:36:00 AM »
Hi all  -

I am heading out of Canada on my third leg of the trip and I am wondering if you can recommend which route I should take back.  Google seems to favor the "middle" route in this link which is shorter in distance but longer in time.:

https://www.google.com/maps/dir/5459+Stautw+Rd,+Saanichton,+BC+V8M+2E9,+Canada/901+Berry+Rd,+Ellensburg,+WA+98926/@48.0264447,-123.1100209,8z/data=!4m14!4m13!1m5!1m1!1s0x548f6f163285a529:0x658063b11c4456a7!2m2!1d-123.3780365!2d48.5877059!1m5!1m1!1s0x5499f221fd95ea43:0x305b0822a1f9502c!2m2!1d-120.5351231!2d46.9710361!5i1

Thanks!

Shawn

Ellinsburg why?
Your route is going to take you more likely 12 hours.  Seattle area traffic is horrible.
I would go thru Olympia and south to hwy 12 over the mountains.  Mileage might be a bit longer, but time wise probably faster.
