TV mounts in storage compartment in 5th wheel
« on: May 18, 2017, 06:14:33 AM »
Is there a way to mount a tv in storage compartment so that it can be pulled out to watch outside? (hope that makes sense)

I have one in my Montana High Country compartment and was installed by the manufacturer Keystone. I don't know if calling them would get you anywhere. My TV is a small one which runs off 12 Volt DC. It swings partially out of the compartment for viewing.

I mounted mine to the framing in the storage area, it is hinged to swing down for watching and latches up out of the way for travel. Just make sure all of your attachments will withstand the bouncing that todays lovely American highways provide.
