Woke up to my neighbor banging on my door and fire trucks. All I can salvage is engine& Tranny, Onan, awning, water heater, furnace, propane tank the last 5 were untouched because they are in the rear. Maybe I'll salvage the AC not sure yet

How were you able to determine that caused the fire? After looking at those pictures I don't think I could determine anything. What a mess!

I sure hope your insurance company comes through for you. What insurance company do you have?

Keep us posted on how they take care of you.

Wow! Glad no one was hurt! Hopefully your insurance will make it right. You may have some coverage under your homeowners policy, as well as your auto policy. Report it to both...

Glad you are OK and not in it at the time. Hope the insurance company does right by you and isnt that a Ford? We have a saying around here......Fords come in two colors...Charcoal gray and fire engine red.

It's hard to see with pics but to look in person you can see the intense heat was right at the glove box and the fuse box under it. after more looking I think it was this blinker relay that shorted could be wrong but it was this fuse box that caught fire

Contact Ford and see if there were any recall(s) that might apply to the area.  If so, maybe you want an attorney.

How soon did they get it out? I'm always afraid of the gas tank blowing up on vehicle fires.

i live very close to a fire station and they had a new foam mixed in the water of their truck and it put out the fire with-in the first little blast.
