1995 Thor Columbus 295 class a pro/con

I'm checking out a few older 30' class a units and found a very nice, low mileage 1995 Thor Columbus 295 class A. Some research tells me, that these were made between 1991 and 1999 . Also, it looks like they were built by Airstream and Four Winds. Looking for some comments on this unit, pro/con. TIA

How it was maintained is more important than what someone thinks as a pro or con for a 22 year old unit.  How is the roof and was there ever any water damage?  Kept indoor or left out?  Where did it live most of its life - south or north?  What's the date code on the tires?  Everything in working order - is it the original air conditioner?

Have you seen the refer and heater and water heater working?  Know what you are getting into or find someone to look it over for you.
