Arizona State Route 389

Does anyone have experience driving this route from Utah border to Fredonia? Map doesn't show it as a truck route but can't determine why it isn't one. We drive a 43 ft motorhome towing a Jeep. Doesn't seem to be an easy way to get from Hurricane UT south around east side of the Grand Canyon.

389 to Fredonia isn't too bad. It has several tight turns but I don't believe you will have any trouble. Might have to slow down for them. If you are continuing east past Fredonia on 89A you will have some sharper curves and a big descent down hill. I have seen semi trucks on both highways in the past. I haven't driven this route for the past two years. I will probably drive it again later this summer.

We driven this route several times with a 43 foot MH towing a jeep. No issues.
