Looking for a Canadian Park finder app for Apple
« on: May 23, 2017, 02:26:25 PM »
It's been a few years since I sold my RV. My next adventure is on two wheels fueled by pedal power and camping in a tent. The one common issue we have is finding a campground. Is there a good app out there with a comprehensive database including Canada that you know of? My experience is dated as I used a big telephone book size catalog when in the RV.

The ultimate app would be usable offline after downloading the catalog locally.

I haven't found any good app that is available off-line, but the AllStays Camp and RV app has a lot of Canadian campgrounds listed. It is only available when you have half-way decent data though.

I use RVParky on my iPhone. I haven't traveled in Canada, but I just looked for parks near Saskatoon, and it found several.
