2017 Dodge Durango brake controller install.

Looking to have one installed and was told that the dealer needed or do it due to the computer. Is that correct? They also told me Mopar doesn't make one so I'm guessing I need to buy the controller and harness. Have no idea where to begin.

By what I have read here, if you have the right harness / connector, the hardest part of the install is deciding where to mount the controller. Maybe a DIY project?

That's perfect I also verified that I do have the right connector pin and I just need to plug it in under the dash.
