water in slide out

I have water in between the roof and ceiling of my slide out..

whats the best way to get in there to clean it out before re-sealing?

?? You have water inside the camper.?? Or Is there water when you bring the slide out in because it was just outside and is now inside.?? If this is the case, put it back out and get a ladder and get all debris off of the roof of slide out then slide it back in then go inside and grab a towel and wipe the roof which was just exposed outside.
 
Basically yu have to open the ceiling as much as possible and ventilate it to dry it up. Damp isn't much better than dripping wet as far as future rot & mold are concerned, so get it dried somehow.  If there are lights in the ceiling, remove them and rig some sort of tubing to duct forced air in there. Better yet, drop the ceiling upholstery altogether, if you can figure out how it was done in the first place.
