Hi i have a 99 fleetwood bounder 34 ft with 454 powerplant and slider dual axle. I am trying to find front spring rates as the front end is sagging my VIN says 16,000 to 19,500 gvw.  I have a spring rater good to 2500lbs per inch but thought i could tear it apart once and put in springs once.I was a bus mechanic for 35 years, anyone have any info on this Rv.  thank you

The front axle on that chassis has air bags inside of coil springs. A sagging front is typically a failed air bag or two, so that only the coil springs are supporting the load. The air bags & coils combine to achieve the axle rating, which can be anywhere from 4300 on up. Air pressure in the bags is typically around 40-50 psi, but can be varied to achieve a softer or stiffer ride.
This document may help, even though it is fora chassis a year or tow earlier than your 99.

There are higher capacity replacement coil springs available that eliminate the air bags.

Neither Chevy or Workhorse made a 1999 model year chassis. So you could have a late 1998 Chevy chassis or an early 2000 Workhorse chassis. You'll need to know the year model to purchase correct parts.
I suspect you have a 5,500lb front suspension. If you have a tag axle then your chassis is probably rated for 19,500lb. 16,500lb for the stock chassis and an added 3000lbs for the added tag axle.  Henderson Line up is the place to go for P chassis parts and assistance.
