I have a used 2012 Rockwell A-liner, brought it home last summer. 2 of the skylights started to leak in a torrential downpour over Memorial Day, they were fine last summer.  I've looked at lots of tutorials on re-sealing or replacing skylights in RVs, but the A-liner skylights do not look like they are attached the same (wish I had a photo, I'm at work).  Regular RVs have a lot of caulking and screwholes on the flange that need to be covered.  My skylights have no holes on the flange, and a thin bead of caulk around it.
Here is a stock photo, you can kind of see there's no gobs of caulk around the domes: https://assets-cdn-interactrv.netdna-ssl.com/interactrv/brand_photo/imgh_800x600-wm_oaklakerv_com-m0228201715525337/brand_photo_201702280352533735807271.jpg

Does anyone have any experience re-sealing or replacing skylights on an a-liner? How are they attached? What's the best course of action for leaks?

IMO Eteranbond tape is the answer for fixing any leaking roof penetration on any RV.
