I have electric jacks. Its the Lippert Ground control. The back jack went too far out and hence the "out of stroke". Has anyone had experience fixing this?

I have retracted all the jacks and attempted to relevel. No go. I have disconnected the battery and let it sit,. Nope. I removed the entire jack and manually retracted and reinstalled. That did not work.

Can the gears get out of wack and create a lock scenario?  Tried goggling and there are so many different systems.

The users manually say move to a new location and retry. Really?

I will wager that the system needs to be re zeroed or whatever it's called. When my battery went bad I got all kinds of error messages. Retract all the legs. Then extend each leg 6-8 inches. Then auto retract all. That supposedly tells the system where it is and resets it. That was from tech support and it worked for me.

that happened to us while demonstrating the system, they reset the system by extending about 6" then retract all. apperently happens all the time so said the tech
