Unlike a regular camping trailer, Park Model trailers often do not have the ability to do that easily as they are not likely mechanized. Some use tip-outs and the "slide seals" are riveted/screwed in place. To start, they have to be removed and the slide is then tipped up and in. Flat roof or sloping roof on the slide?? Sloping roofs are often a hint that tip-outs were used.
Note also that park models often do not have holding tanks equipped etc, they rely on a direct connection to a sewer and have household type toilets, stoves, fridges etc.
The people like mobile home movers who are often hired to move them often have the experience to handle that.
