I've driven US 2 in a auto a few times (get my fifth wheel on Friday, so haven't done that yet).  I don't recall there being any tight turns or anything of consideration, don't recall any low clearance bridges...but again I was in an auto.  Hopefully someone that's done it in an RV can chime in.  I've also done I90 to St. Regis and then 135, 200, and 93 to Flathead Lake, my recollections are the same as US 2...don't recall anything that would be problematic. 

Once you get to the park there's a limit on length of vehicle allowed on the Highway to the Sun.  If you're towing a rig that size I'd guess your tow vehicle exceeds those limits, I think it's 19' or something like that. 
 
i second 2 as an easy and very scenic route. have done it a couple time in 40 footer with toad. no problem
