I keep getting notices to upgrade my iCloud software on the Windows 10 computer to version 6.2.1 even though I have already upgraded. Anybody know what is going on? (FYI, I have a MAC, iPad & iPhone so that's why I have iCloud on the Windows computer.)

Sometimes restarting everything will get rid of whatever hiccup it is having even if you have already done it.  That has worked for me. You could google it or see what Apple support forum have to say.  Good luck.

typically happens because when the upgrade tried to install, the Helper application didn't quit and therefore did not get replaced.

The easiest solution to repairing the issue is to uninstall iCloud and reinstall it from a fresh updated download.
