Hopefully someone has experience here.  I have a 2014 Montana with a Lippert level-up and hydraulic slide outs.  It has always had a problem operating the hydraulics.  It will run for a few seconds then quit.  Wait a minute or so and it starts working again.  Takes several tries to get everything pulled in or out.  Same with leveling.  Getting ready to travel this summer and figured I'd try to find out why.  Turns out it's because they wired the hydraulic pump downstream of a thermal protector (Short Stop label on the device).  I wired it ahead of the device which puts the pump directly to the battery.  Problem solved.  Do you see any future problems?  I think the rating of the trip was below the current of the pump.  No wiring instructions and no response from Lippert.  Just curious.  I'm a retired electrician, so if this post is too technical, ignore it.
