I removed the EquaFlex equalizer from my 303RLS and found the bronze bushings shot. Lippert states the bronze bushing on the hole that mounts to the frame hanger is not replaceable - what's up with that? I was able to remove that bushing and the hole I.D. is the same as the two holes that the spring shackles mount to. Anyhow, I purchased new bronze bushings for the equalizers from eTrailer. The bronze bushings have a 0.698" O.D. The I.D. on the three equalizer mounting holes are about 0.025" smaller. Thus, the bushings aren't going to press in. I also purchased the "Never-Fail" bushings for the spring to frame mounts - thought I'd give them a try. I observed that the "Never-Fail" bushings will fit the equalizer holes. Question: has anyone tried the "Never-Fail" bushings on the EquaFlex equalizers, particularly the equalizer frame mounting hole?
