We plugged in camper for a trip we have tomorrow. The camper breaker tripped. Now refrigerator not getting cold. Its just beeping. When switched over to run off propane it works. Are we doing something wrong??? (we are newbies)

Did you shut the breaker all the way off then back on again?
Do you have power at the outlet where the fridge is plugged in? Check it with another device like a light or a fan.

What "camper breaker" tripped? One exclusively for the fridge, or the main (30A or 50A), or something else?  Breakers trip when too much power (amps) is demanded, but the fridge may share that breaker with other appliances or outlets. Many Rvs have only limited power available, e.g. a max of 30A. You may not be able to run everything you are accustomed to using at once.

And what make & model of fridge are we talking about? Most of them will automatically switch to LP (propane) if no 120vac power is present. Beeping indicates some sort of problem, but just what a beep means depends on the specific fridge make & model.

It was a GFCI circuit. It reset in bathroom and started working. BUT its not keep food completely cold. We switched over to propane bc food in freeze was melting and not keeping it frozen and coldness in fridge wasn't that cold and we had on coldest setting :( Will bring in after our vacation next week. Will just use propane for our road trip.
