I have a 2004 Fleetwood Terra with one slide.  When move the slide either in or out it frequently shorts out the 20amp fuse.  If I remove the fuse before moving it, I can put the fuse back in and the lights will come on.  The movement of the slide obviously causes a hot wire to come in to contact with a ground.  My problem is I can locate the wire.  I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem, and they can give me some idea where to look for the shorted wire.  Thanks.

With the slide extended, look underneath for a cable harness. It might have a spring attached to take up the slack when the slide is closed.

I had a problem with my fifth wheel, where the 110 volt wire was too short and eventually broke.
