I recently had the BlueOx tow bracket for a 2010 Corolla installed along with the Aladdin Tow Bar. Had a question during our first outing to Santa Fe and contacted BlueOx by email since it was a weekend. Received a very detailed reply within an hour that set my mind at ease. A few days late I contacted them again concerning storage caps for the Corolla bracket and although I should have received during my install they are sending me a replacement set at no cost. I greatly appreciate their Customer Service and also really like the ease of connection with the Aladdin tow Bar and Corolla bracket. Would absolutely buy from BlueOx again!
