Hi,
I have a 2004 Coachmen Freelander that has a leak coming from shower drain.  There is a horizontal crack in a plastic nut, however it seems the water may be coming from above that.  I tried putting a hose clamp on the nut to see if I could then tighten the nut enough so it wouldn't leak.  Can I replace just this piece or do I need to replace all of the plumbing under the shower?
Thanks in Advance

Since it is just a gravity drain and no pressure,  I would just dry it completely with a hair dryer or heat gun and apply silicone caulk.  That should be good.  If I wanted a more sure permanent fix I'd use and oscillating  cutter and cut it back to good pipe and glue on a new fitting.  Make sure you use the glue with a GREEN label.  Works on the black pipe.
