So a cheeky little question here which I'm hoping is allowed as I'm coming clean and saying it relates to my exported/imported Crown Victoria Police Interceptor here in the UK.

I made & fitted a headlight harness kit (relays etc.) a year ago with (Schottky) diodes so the low beams stay on when high beam is selected. Been working perfectly with upgraded halogen bulbs. Fitted LED bulbs (5700k) with fans last week which are awesome. Trouble is low beam now turns off when high beam is selected as per pre-diodes. As far as I understand it, they should work as before.  I'm wondering if the large current reduction has something to do with it?

I'm not familiar with the specific stuff you have, but a large change in the load (halogen to LED) can affect many kinds of circuitry, so I'd not rule that out. Perhaps someone knows that specific mod.
