Howdy. I will be staying in an RV park for a month or two, will be hooked up to city water. Is it best to drain my fresh water tank ?

Park water supplies aren't always reliable, and occasionally get shut off for an hour or two or even a couple of days when maintenance, repairs, etc. are needed. I would keep the tank at least partially full so you can just flip on the pump switch if the need arises.
