I have lost the level monitor lights on my Vista 26p and have checked all the fuses I can find, no luck.

Welcome! What year Vista? (The year model might not make a difference in your situation but it does in many cases as Winnebago makes changes year to year.)
Your tank monitor lights are probably LED and there's some electronics involved. I would have a look at your wiring diagram for some clues if nobody else has any ideas.
