HYDRAULIC JACKS
« on: July 08, 2017, 10:04:14 AM »
I have a 2002 discovery diesel and last week I put the jacks up and the jacks down warning signal is going off and light on saying jacks down? I looked and they are all the way up?
Thanks for ideas

Check the hydraulic fluid level with the jacks up. Some models use a fluid level switch to indicate when the jacks are up.

You have Power Gear jacks and they do that when the hydraulic fluid gets a bit low. Or if the float switch in the reservoir sticks. Check the level with the jacks up, never when down.
