Starter won't operate (was boosting)

Tried to start my 2004 Winnie Adventurer 37B after a layup but no go. Put charger on but no go. Boosted with my truck but no go. Not even turning over. Any suggestions?

Hi John, new batteries recently and when not in use they are on a charger. I'm thinking a bad starter??
 
Can you hear the starter solenoid click? Try to check the voltage on the starter side of the solenoid contactor as a helper turns the ignition key to start.
