My husband and I are aquiring an older motorhome was told it was a 1995 dodge midas my thing is it looks to be a bit older than a 95 did dodge make a 95 midas or am i wrong. and would like to also know if i can use propane instead of butane was told the stove and fridgr run off butane..

Dodge didn't make any of them - an RV builder, Midas in this case, used a Dodge truck chassis to make a unique vehicle.
According to the NADA RV Guide, the last motorhome produced by Midas was in 1984.

A company named MRV took over from Midas but according to NADA only produced the Midas for one more year, 1985.
You should have received a vehicle title document that identifies the year on the Midas coach. Unless sold as scrap parts, the seller is required to provide a valid vehicle title in all 50 states. You cannot register and drive the vehicle without it.
You should also be able to determine the vehicle year via the VIN, which designates model year with a code in the 10 digit.

To find the model year check the VIN. Then you can use a VIN Decoder to break it down.
Propane v/s Butane is another thread.. and basically. You were half lied to, The stove, Fridge and Furnace can run on either Propane or Butane provided it is above freezing out.. below freezing butane won't work.
